Here is a Member's Pass for the HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES issued on Jan. 5, 1940 for the 76th Congress Third Session for an Illinois Resident.  They must not have had the 1940 passes printed yet as the preprinted 193__ was crossed out and 40 written in.  There is some edge wear and darkening.  Please email with questions.  Also have a Senate Chamber Pass for that same year signed by H.C.
