If any machine guaranteed by us does not prove satisfactory asrepresented, the purchaser may return if freight prepaid upon writtennotification within 30 days from date of receipt.  This 30 day returnpolicy applies only to product failure OR product returned unused with allpackaging and inserts as it was received from Equipment Resource Connection.
We will refund the purchase price in full within 10 days ofreceipt of the equipment in our facility. This does not apply to machines sold“as is” or “subject to inspection.”
