Description

For sale is a new/surplus Antique Bendix Frieze Ray Sonde radiosonde.  Although the box has some damage, we believe this radiosonde was never used.  We did open the pressure chart envelope to check its contents.  The chart is there.  The humidity detector is still in its un-opened can.  We can't tell if any parts are missing, so please review the photos before purchasing.  This radiosonde was accepted by the US Weather Bureau on March 17, 1960.
1)  We ship only within the continental United States.
2)  Small items ship within 2 to 4 days of receipt of payment.  Large items requiring motor freight may take 5 to 7 days to ship.  We do not ship to freight forwarders.  We do not authorize custom routed transactions.
3)  We ship Fedex or USPS.
4)  All equipment is sold AS-IS.  The equipment we have for sale is excess to our needs.  Most items were purchased at inventory reduction, government surplus, or semi-conductor equipment sales.  We do not know the history of any used or pre-owned items.
5)  Please read the item description completely before purchasing.  We make every attempt to describe the current condition of each item we sell.  What is shown in the photos is what you will receive.
6) All returns must include all originally shipped undamaged items in resalable condition.  This includes all original packaging, labels, instructions, and subparts.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.  Return shipping must include tracking information.  Ebay item number must be included with each return.
