Vintage REXALL PRESCRIPTION PAD and PEN HOLDER, with Mortar and Pestle Graphics. Advertising CORICIDIN. No manufacturer marking. It is made of a cast brass. There is a turned post to hold a pen or pencil. Approx. 8" long and just under 4 1/2" wide. Wedge shaped, from 1 3/8" at top to 7/8" at bottom. Mild age wear and patina as I left as is. There is Louis Hebert stamped on the mortar and pestle graphic. The S on the name is scratched up or double stamped. The screw in the bottom to hold the pen holder looks modern and the pen that is included is also modern. This unusual old prescription pad holder will make a great addition to your collection.
