Green glazed ceramic coffee mug is in the shape of a mortar and pestle. Advertisement for the Schering Pharmaceutical Co., makers of Coricidin, as a promotional give-away. 1960's-70's. Features "Cosmas & Damian / 350 AD" stamped on both sides with them on one side and "Rx" on the other. "Secundum Artem" around the base on both side. Bottom is stamped "SCHERING". 1 side of handle is stamped "CORICIDIN ®". Measures approx. 4 1/8'' high and 5 1/4'' across including the handle. Excellent condition with no chips or cracks. (B14)
