s or replace a lost collar.  Use the collar to add up to 5 dogs to your existing system. The collar is for dogs of all temperaments that weigh over 25 pounds and have a minimum neck size of 14" around.

Note:  As with any training system communication between the handheld unit and the collar can vary greatly according to factors such as: terrain, obstructions, weather, electromagnetic interference, etc. Having an unobstructed line-of-sight between the handheld unit and the collar unit will produce the best communication signal between the units and the greatest range.

AK, HI, PR and Canada customers-USPS is our standard shipping method. USPS Mail typically takes 5-16 days to arrive to you.
Return Policy
We're a small family business and we work hard to take care of our customers! If you are not happy with your purchase please tell us. We will be sure you are taken care of quickly.
All returns need a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) before the return is shipped back. This makes the refund process quicker. The RMA # is issued when you start a return for the item in E-Bay.
Items displaying wear or with indications of use, i.e. pet hair, dirty, etc. cannot be returned. Wire break detectors, fence wire unwound and off the spool, opened battery packs, opened DNA kits and litter boxes are not eligible for refund.
Expedited shipping charges (Overnight/2nd Day Air) are not refundable.
