Pen details:
Three used excellent, Soft Rubberized Blue Section, White Barrel, Chrome Trim, fancy stainless steel clip with holes.
One New Old Stock in plastic wrapping.
Condition. Excellent. 1 New Old Stock in original plastic wrapping. 3 used in excellent shape. One writes black ink, 2 are dry.  Minor storage scratches and wear. No  dents, or large scratches. Due to their age not sure how much ink is left.
