You this collar to add a cat to your existing cat fence or to replace a collar.  Designed just for cats, this cat fence collar has been proven safe and effective for cats weighing over 6 pounds. The lightweight and comfortable adjustable receiver cat collar fits neck sizes from 6"-11.5". It also includes an expandable elastic safety band to ensure your cat is able to maneuver out of any tight spaces he might get into.

All returns need a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) before the return is shipped back. This makes the refund process quicker. The RMA # is issued when you start a return for the item in E-Bay.
Items displaying wear or with indications of use, i.e. pet hair, dirty, etc. cannot be returned. Wire break detectors, fence wire unwound and off the spool, opened battery packs, opened DNA kits and litter boxes are not eligible for refund.
Expedited shipping charges (Overnight/2nd Day Air) are not refundable.
