This system is a PetSafe in ground fence, electric fence collar is included. The PetSafe Deluxe Invisible Fence lets your dog enjoy the freedom of the yard. This DIY fence kit includes everything you need for set-up. Once installed, the wire will send a signal from the transmitter to the receiver collar your dog wears. If your pet gets too close to the boundary wire a warning beep will sound.  If your dog continues to approach the boundary line, the collar will give a static correction to remind your dog to stay in the yard. You can choose what level of static correction your dog needs to match his personality. With any dog fence training is key. You teach your dog where the boundary is and teach him to respect that boundary.
This PetSafe In-Ground Fence kit has everything you need and is safe and customizable. Expand up to 25 acres with the PetSafe In-Ground Fence PIG00-13661 and the lightweight receiver collar PetSafe Pul-275 is included. The PetSafe Pul-275 is also waterproof so you never have to worry about a swim or rain ruining the collar.

All returns need a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) before the return is shipped back. This makes the refund process quicker. The RMA # is issued when you start a return for the item in E-Bay.
Items displaying wear or with indications of use, i.e. pet hair, dirty, etc. cannot be returned. Wire break detectors, fence wire unwound and off the spool, opened battery packs, opened DNA kits and litter boxes are not eligible for refund.
Expedited shipping charges (Overnight/2nd Day Air) are not refundable.
