I’m calling this item “used” but “open box” would be more accurate.
We purchased this unit when we first got our puppy anticipating we would need it when he grew, but our dog doesn’t wander off so we never used it other than to plug it in one time and carry the collar in our hand to make sure the effective radius/boundary would work.
Again, never worn by a dog.
