Whenever your dog approaches the defined boundary, the receiver collar beeps as a warning to your dog. If your dog decides to challenge the boundary, the receiver collar will deliver a safe, yet effective static correction.
Note: You can add as many pets as you need to your PetSafe wireless dog fence system.

Return Policy

All returns need a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) before the return is shipped back. This makes the refund process quicker. The RMA # is issued when you start a return for the item in E-Bay.
Items displaying wear or with indications of use, i.e. pet hair, dirty, etc. cannot be returned. Wire break detectors, fence wire unwound and off the spool, opened battery packs, opened DNA kits and litter boxes are not eligible for refund.
Expedited shipping charges (Overnight/2nd Day Air) are not refundable.
