Pharmaceutical drug rep collectible pen advertises NovoLog NovoLog 70/30 works

Pharmaceutical pen which may or may not work. This is advertising for NovoLog  flip side NovoLog 70/30.
These pens were advertising for the drug company and distributed to medical personnel.
This ceased Jan 1 ,2009 as the result of the issuing of a Code of Conduct RULE prohibiting pharmaceutical manufacturers from distributing advertising branded items such as pens, mugs, calculators, tape measures etc .  2008 was the last year of distribution.
That said, the pens have been around pre-2009.
I tried all the pens prior to listing and will state if they were working at that time.
All 3 of these wrote easily.
That does not guarantee how long they will continue to function.
They have been stored in a bookcase .
Some may work now but may quit. Some may stop working because of exposure to air with air bubbles, being clogged etc.
I researched and found that if you SHAKE the pen then, press hard and vertically scribble then circle scribble, it will start the pens. It stated that there are often air bubbles rather than dry onk so it takes some effort to ger them restarted!
There is no guarantee and item is sold as a collectible, not as a functioning office supply.
