    Description

    Rootstein Mannequin Barbie Head (super rare). Mattel commissioned Rootstein to make Barbie Mannequins for Barbie's 50th anniversary back in 2009. This one has the "Classic Barbie" makeup, and the wig she comes with is not the original that was offered with the doll, but a close platinum blonde similar to it. There are a few marks on her face from over the years, but i think they might be easy to remove or can be painted over if you decide once you get her.
