Jan 1, 2009 the pharmaceutical industry issued a code of conduct prohibiting the distribution of pharmaceutical branded pens, mugs, notepads, etc. The last production of drug rep pen and other Pharma branded giveaway items was in 2008. Note: Dilantin logo on one side has a stray streak and a minor scratch in the "h" of Phenytoin, see photo 6

    A very nice Dilantin drug rep pen.
    There is currently a nice black ink flow, however
    there is no
    guarantee that ink cartridge
    will be functional/write on arrival
    as
    ink may settle, may dry,
    have air bubbles, get clogged, etc.
    As these pens are over 10 years old, they are sold as collectibles
    Not sure if ink is refillable as I am not familiar with this type of pen.
