Made in the USA! The "HGT" series vacuum tables are made from solid cast aluminum, machined on both sides, have a high vibration dampening ability, and resistance to warping.  These tables are ideal for most metals and plastics and the
surface has a vacuum hole spacing of 10mm (0.39 inches).  Each table also has 5/16-24 threaded inserts spaced through the table for mounting.
High flow coolant systems can be used with these tables, however we would recommend using a liquid separator with your system to protect your vacuum pump.  We have liquid separators available for purchase on our website.
To use vacuum fittings, push the cut hose into the fitting and it will lock/seal itself.  To remove the hose, press the blue or black fitting ring while pulling the hose out.

Additional vacuum mats are available for purchase. These vacuum mats ensure that when the work pieces are machined, there is no damage to the vacuum table surface. In addition, the vacuum mat friction coefficient increases significantly and seals the work piece with the vacuum table by means of the vacuum mat. The vacuum mat thickness allows for a small machining distance between the work piece and vacuum table surface.
This type of a vacuum table is designed to work with a vacuum pump, venturi, or blower, not a shop vac.
We recommend a min. of 26” Hg and 10 CFM for this vacuum table to work efficiently.
This type of vacuum table is not suitable for clamping wood products.  Check out our "SG" series vacuum tables for the ability to clamp wood materials.
