    Description

    Up for sale is a dealer shrinkwrapped 1936 ephemera envelope US Internal Revenue Office of the Commissioner ORDER FORMS FOR OPIUM ETC with a Treasury Dept Receipt for one item hard to read, looks like Sulph is the beginning of the second word.  Both are yellowed, the cardboard is bent at the top.  This was recently found at auction in the suburban Philadelphia PA area.  Overall the acetate and cardboard are ~9x22" with the envelope at top a hair larger than 8.75x10.75" and the receipt a hair smaller.  Some staining, small losses to edges, folds, but neat old drug related advertising.
